The uniqueness of the company is that you can pay in advance from Russia with any card, including MIR card, and think calmly about your upcoming vacation! The staff will contact you after payment and practically escort you to the transfer of keys in Serbia. The car was neat and clean, with very good steering and braking settings, very adequate when driving. On return it was very easy to arrange with the company to change the return location and time! Despite the evening time the employee arrived at the point of arrangement without being late. Very friendly attitude to customers! I give the company 5 plus and recommend it to everyone!

Honestly, it's a bad experience. The manager was 40 minutes late, the car was with a tank of gasoline filled to 1/3, the front right headlight was not lit, the interior had never seen dry cleaning, everything was very dirty inside, with some foreign garbage and dust. As we took the car we spent another hour at the gas station to change the light bulbs and manually wipe the interior with wet wipes. Also the car kicked sometimes and on hills went backwards when drive mode was on. And after a couple of days we found out that our oil was leaking badly, we had to urgently look for service. The manager who was on the phone with us decided that we rammed the oil pan. But the fault was not ours at all, just no one ever took care of the car. And judging by the streaks on the engine cover, the oil was refilled regularly, the oil started to leak long before our lease. On the plus side, the manager was on the phone and ready to help. All additional expenses (light bulb, oil change) were reimbursed. But considering that we were in Montenegro, we were very nervous. Just before we took the car from another service and everything was so perfect there, although the car had a mileage of 230k km, which is twice as much as the Golf. It was good that they took the car back for repair after us, because they saw that the guys came with some parts and an oil filter.

During the rental we found out that the handbrake needed adjustment. We called, explained the problem. They came to us, took the car, adjusted it at a convenient time for us. We rented a Fiat Punto with a friend. The landlord contacted us and informed us that there would be a higher class car - Reno Clio. The car was fully insured, no deposit and paid in cash. We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.

everything went well in principle. Together with the Punto we were given an old Mercedes, but quite decent. However, at the Serbian-Montenegrin border it refused to drive more than 80 km/h, but after stopping and restarting it went again. There were no more problems except detention back at the Montenegro-Serbian border (they said the problem was in the Mercedes, the police put some kind of arrest on it, we stood for 2 hours, then they let me go without explaining anything, probably trusting in the Russian passport and the plane in the evening played its role).
