Everything's fine! Joey contacted me in advance and asked me to send a photo of my documents. He warned me that it was better to have an international license 👌🏻. He told me that I would be met at the airport with a sign. On the day of arrival I was sent a photo of the person who would meet me and the place of meeting. On arrival, the documents were drawn up, I paid the money for rent and deposit. The deposit was returned to me when I returned the car. Everything was smooth, efficient and no fuss! On the car: the car is clean, well-maintained, in good technical condition! They put a big bottle of water in the car (nice!). Thank you guys! ❤️🤗👍🏻

Overall 3 with a minus. The car was given class C instead of rented A. The condition of the car is normal, although it is definitely worth to undergo service, as the suspension rattled, the wheels are unbalanced, there was an impression that they will fly off to the sides at speeds over 100 km/h. Several things marred the rental: 1. When renting the car was transferred to the paid parking lot of the airport, on my question whether it is necessary to pay for parking the girl said No problem. At the exit it turned out that the parking lot must be paid -150 baht. 2. Return the car should be with a full tank. The contract does not specify penalties for an empty tank. On the way to the airport was nowhere to refuel, and the tank was at the end of the trip a quarter. Well, I think, I will pay for a full tank of 1500 baht and that's the end of it. But they started demanding 2000 from me. Why what - just give me 2000. I had in the dates was 1700 - I say take 1700 is still more than the cost of the tank. They are not in what kind of like go to the direction or 2000. The woman who took the car did not understand English. In general the result - I exchanged the money at an unfavorable rate and gave them 2000. The manager started to teach me what to do to avoid wasting their time. The main claim that the fine and the amount of the fine is not written in the contract. So it was taken from the ceiling.

But it was critical that I was given the exact one I booked. That's what I booked in advance for. Not actually 2) Paying for parking at the airport - I was not warned that I had to pay for it. I did not have money - I went again, exchanged currency, spent a lot of extra time on it.

They ended up supplying a Handa City at no extra cost 😃 The car was clean and was reliable. It was very economical to run. The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.

I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.
