I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). We rented a Toyota Veloz in Thailand at Suvarnabhumi Airport. We rented a car for 6 people, so we needed a seven-seater. We spent a few days in Pattaya, then moved to Koh Chang. In general, everything went well, we did not cause any damage to the environment and the car.😁 At the airport we were met by a representative of the company in the place where agreed and on time, handed us the car, signed the contract. I would like to warn future car renters at Suvarnabhumi airport: very serious traffic and complicated junctions, it will be very difficult without a lot of driving experience. We got lost both when we were leaving and when we were driving back. Google navigator shows the junctions not accurately, Yandex is lost in space. I recommend to see the junctions in advance in Google or on video somewhere. There are no special remarks on the car, mileage 24000 km, the engine 1,5 liter is weak for a seven-seater. On a smooth road goes 90-110 km/h normally, further does not pull. On Koh Chang the roads are mountain serpentine, it is very hard to drive uphill with 6 people, we had to turn off the air conditioner to overcome the rises. But the fuel consumption of the car on the highway is about 5l/100 km. In general, if you want to drive in the mountains, you should take something more powerful, if the road is more or less level, this car, as an option for 6 people will do. The day before the return I called the representative of the company, agreed on the time and place of meeting (on the 4th floor of Suvarnabhumi airport at the departure hall. The representative met us, inspected the car, returned the deposit. We would like to thank the company representative and TakeCars staff for the opportunity to rent the car. Thank you!

The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.

The order was processed quickly and the guys who were supposed to deliver the car wrote to us on WhatsApp. A very nice guy and a girl came, we looked at the car, recorded all the existing damage on video. On the spot the guys gave us something like a contract and kept one copy, talked through all the terms and conditions and communicated very politely. We were happy to drive around the island the same day and a few days later they asked for confirmation of the car.
