We contacted Joey, he promptly called a tow truck, which removed us free of charge from the autobahn, and sent a replacement car Toyota Altis, no extra charge. I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.

The car was booked from Russia for the May holidays. The correspondence and subsequent support on WhatsApp was with a Russian manager. I consider it a big plus that the car was brought to us at the airport and we handed it over near the airport too. Delivery of the car to the airport is absolutely free of charge. (then a Thai employee drove us to the terminal). The car Toyota Yaris was new, intact, cheerful, 18000 mileage. Under the terms of the rental is allowed to leave the limits of Phuket for 500 km, which we took advantage of. We were very satisfied with the car. A little spoiled the mood that when we handed over we were withheld 500V for not washing the car (including vacuum cleaner inside), and another ~ 400V for being late to the agreed time.
