Met us at Suvarnabhumi airport for pickup (waited with a sign) and handing over the car at the specified time. Reasonable prices, basically had a nice Honda City car. If not for one thing. We contacted Joey, he promptly called a tow truck, which removed us free of charge from the autobahn, and sent a replacement car Toyota Altis, no extra charge. And more, we clarified upon receipt - how to leave the parking lot of Suvarnabhumi airport, they said free of charge on the ticket, but we were charged 80 baht at the exit, a small thing, but the residue remained.

The condition of the car is normal, although it is definitely worth to undergo service, as the suspension rattled, the wheels are unbalanced, there was an impression that they will fly off to the sides at speeds over 100 km/h. Several things marred the rental: 1. When renting the car was transferred to the paid parking lot of the airport, on my question whether it is necessary to pay for parking the girl said No problem. At the exit it turned out that the parking lot must be paid -150 baht. 2. Return the car should be with a full tank. The contract does not specify penalties for an empty tank. On the way to the airport was nowhere to refuel, and the tank was at the end of the trip a quarter. Well, I think, I will pay for a full tank of 1500 baht and that's the end of it. But they started demanding 2000 from me. Why what - just give me 2000. I had in the dates was 1700 - I say take 1700 is still more than the cost of the tank. They are not in what kind of like go to the direction or 2000. The woman who took the car did not understand English. In general the result - I exchanged the money at an unfavorable rate and gave them 2000. The manager started to teach me what to do to avoid wasting their time. I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.
