The car is in good technical condition, no mileage limit, we drove to Phuket and back, on the way we needed to replace the pads, the owner promptly solved this issue, everything was very pleasant, I recommend this service, reliable company and nice people. It went fine. But it was a bit stressful at first to find a new car, as the client had renewed his car. And they charged 1000 baht for an incomplete tank, even though there was obviously not more than 500 missing

It went well in the beginning, they even extended our lease for one day. However, an unpleasant situation arose at the end. We were informed that we had to leave the car and put the keys on the wheel, instead of handing over the car in person. We made a deposit of 20,000 rubles. A few days later we were informed that there was a scratch on the bottom of the car. The scratch is quite noticeable, if it had been done by us, we would have definitely felt it or noticed it. As a result, we were charged 10,000 roubles from the deposit. It seems that this is not the first time this situation has happened, and customers are regularly charged for the same scratch.
