On receipt and return of the car everything was fine. But the car itself was not in the best technical condition, the problem was apparently in the gearbox or in the engine in general, the car did not accelerate well, and during a sharp gain of speed you could smell the smell of burning in the cabin. But it did not spoil our trip). I will give 5 out of 5 for the service and 3,5 for the technical condition of the car.

I’m strongly dissatisfied about rental car company. I ordered Honda Civic 2020 two months ago and company representative said the last car we had is Toyota Corolla Atlas. He gave me a parking ticket, showed me the car inside the airport parking pool. He gave me a ticket and left immediately, so I must pay 50TBH for parking. Everything is bad

I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.
