The service was very good. The car was provided, to put it mildly, in bad condition. The day before the car was returned, the car started to vibrate terribly, as if the wheel would fly off, we had to rebuild the whole last day. I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). The rest of the stuff credit card guarantees etc can be done online prior to the delivery. Tks

Rental went great, easy to use website, very nice car. The drop off was excellent as well. When we picked up the car at the airport we had to wait quite a long time (40 minutes) for it to go through the traffic, maybe we should change the logistics or the place of delivery.

They ended up supplying a Handa City at no extra cost 😃 The car was clean and was reliable. It was very economical to run. The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.
