At the company of the lessor there was a delay in the issuance of the car, for 5 hours, they previous client delayed the rental, respectively, the car was dirty, fuel is not full tank and the manager took a very long time to hand over the car to us.

After booking I was immediately contacted by a representative of the rental company, everything was quick and clear. On arrival I was met and escorted directly to the car. I drove for a month without a single problem, everything was great! Once only burst a tire, local Thais stopped and helped, then I called the owner and he solved everything literally in a couple of hours. I didn't have to pay anything and was back on the road in two hours. I was very satisfied! I will definitely contact you again, everything is honest, convenient and no fuss.
