I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.

Everything went great! I received the car exactly on time, the owner was always in touch, despite a small incident at night on the road (accident), everything was solved promptly. The manager in the office, a girl, unfortunately I do not remember her name, very friendly, sociable, told everything, showed the car, a special thanks to her! The car is in excellent condition, never failed, although we have traveled about 2500 km. Emotions only positive! The company is above all praise!

The handover and return went relatively smoothly - just a few hiccups due to my flight arriving early and when returning, not having a clear description of the place to park the car - most likely my fault for not knowing the airport. The person I was communicating with was very professional and helpful. When I travel to Thailand again next year I will most likely use your website again.
