I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). everything went more or less successfully, except for the fact that because of traffic jams we arrived to rent the car at 18 hours with pennies, and we were fined 1700 baht due to some different reasons, which exceeded the two-day additional rent. It left an unpleasant residue.

Once again on arrival in sunny Thailand I used car rental services. At the request was booked a car Honda City, but a few days I was contacted by JOWI and informed that there is a problem with the ordered car, was offered a car of the same class, to do nothing agreed. The car itself on inspection turned out to be with a lot of cosmetic damage (which of course we fixed in the inspection report), but the technical condition of the car 100 points, we drove 5000 km for a month and the car did not deliver nikah problems. JOWI himself was always on the phone and was ready to provide the necessary assistance in case of need. The car was handed over without any problems, the process of receiving and handing over the car took a total of 15 minutes with filling out all the documents.
