Everything went great, the car was delivered to the airport, the car matched the description, we spent 10 days driving in comfort. On departure the car was also given back to us at the airport parking lot, which was very convenient for us, thank you for the service.

I had no issue on the car rental. My only feedback is perhaps the delivery of the car can be done at the pick up are at the airport, so that customers do not have to walk to the car park. At the delivery area, customers need to sign off and check the car physical condition and sign off (This would be a very quick procedure). The rest of the stuff credit card guarantees etc can be done online prior to the delivery. Tks
