We contacted Joey, he promptly called a tow truck, which removed us free of charge from the autobahn, and sent a replacement car Toyota Altis, no extra charge. The deposit was refunded in full when we turned in the car. And more, we clarified upon receipt - how to leave the parking lot of Suvarnabhumi airport, they said free of charge on the ticket, but we were charged 80 baht at the exit, a small thing, but the residue remained.
