instead of a 20 year Toyota they brought a 2013 Nissan Almera to the airport, they said the Toyota had been in an accident, we had to take it because it was New Year holidays, high season, there was no replacement, we drove the whole rental period, we were worried that the car would break down, because it jerked every time we started driving, everything was fine. Please note that this lessor may not supply the machines that are declared, we are satisfied with the work of your service, feedback was given, we will apply again.

The service was very good. The car was provided, to put it mildly, in bad condition. The day before the car was returned, the car started to vibrate terribly, as if the wheel would fly off, we had to rebuild the whole last day. I would like to leave my review. I rented a car for 25 days, drove 3550 km all over Thailand. I received the car at Bangkok airport and handed it over there. There were no problems when I received the car and when I handed it in. I liked everything , I would recommend to use their services . My rating is 5 out of 5 !

All in all, it's fine. Let's run through a couple of things: 1) I was given a different car than the one I booked. Yes, you will say that I was given a similar one. But it was critical that I was given the exact one I booked. That's what I booked in advance for. Not actually 2) Paying for parking at the airport - I was not warned that I had to pay for it. I did not have money - I went again, exchanged currency, spent a lot of extra time on it.

Everything was excellent, the car was served at the airport, full tank, clean interior, the car in perfect technical condition, drove it 3500 km without any problems. The air conditioner was refueled. Acceptance and issuance of the car took 10 minutes in total. The deposit was also returned without any problems

Met us at Suvarnabhumi airport for pickup (waited with a sign) and handing over the car at the specified time. Reasonable prices, basically had a nice Honda City car. If not for one thing. At the end of the trip, in the vicinity of Bangkok, the car broke down on the autobahn. We contacted Joey, he promptly called a tow truck, which removed us free of charge from the autobahn, and sent a replacement car Toyota Altis, no extra charge. The deposit was refunded in full when we turned in the car. And more, we clarified upon receipt - how to leave the parking lot of Suvarnabhumi airport, they said free of charge on the ticket, but we were charged 80 baht at the exit, a small thing, but the residue remained.
