All in all, it's fine. Let's run through a couple of things: 1) I was given a different car than the one I booked. Yes, you will say that I was given a similar one. But it was critical that I was given the exact one I booked. That's what I booked in advance for. Not actually 2) Paying for parking at the airport - I was not warned that I had to pay for it. I did not have money - I went again, exchanged currency, spent a lot of extra time on it.

Thank you so much ! Everything went perfectly. They met me, handed over the car promptly, helped with currency exchange and buying a SIM card at the airport, did not bother me during the rental process, but were always in touch with my requests. At the end of the car was taken without jerks, returned the deposit and all this took place in a friendly and warm atmosphere, which is very important when you are abroad. The car did not let me down, worked properly, drove about 1000km, consumption about 6 l/100km, air conditioning worked properly. In general, the rating is excellent.

Rental went great, easy to use website, very nice car. The drop off was excellent as well. When we picked up the car at the airport we had to wait quite a long time (40 minutes) for it to go through the traffic, maybe we should change the logistics or the place of delivery.

everything went more or less successfully, except for the fact that because of traffic jams we arrived to rent the car at 18 hours with pennies, and we were fined 1700 baht due to some different reasons, which exceeded the two-day additional rent. It left an unpleasant residue.
