I have rented a car twice from your site and both times everything was great! The prices are also reasonable. The only thing I would suggest is that car owners clearly state their insurance policies. During my second rental I got a small scratch on the alloy wheel and they charged me 1000 baht. To be honest I was not too happy about it. It should have been covered by insurance, even with basic coverage. I didn't even know how I got that scratch, maybe from stones bouncing off the road.

On receipt and return of the car everything was fine. But the car itself was not in the best technical condition, the problem was apparently in the gearbox or in the engine in general, the car did not accelerate well, and during a sharp gain of speed you could smell the smell of burning in the cabin. But it did not spoil our trip). I will give 5 out of 5 for the service and 3,5 for the technical condition of the car.

It's okay The car matched the cost (much cheaper than all other options in this class from competitors) There were some issues with the technical condition, which were completely exhausted by the price. The car passed under us 4500 km and in general there was only one breakdown, which was eliminated within 3 hours from the moment of the complaint with a service visit to the location of the car without any costs on our part.

My question was answered quickly. I liked that the website clearly states what is included in the rental amount and the type of insurance. There is no mileage restriction and we did not have to pay extra for the possibility of traveling to other provinces of Thailand (other similar sites asked a lot of extra for this), as we traveled to Phuket, for us it was a significant plus. We received our car at the airport in Bangkok. Everything went quickly, clearly, without overlaps. We were sent accurate information about the meeting place and the amount of extra payment in baht (we paid for the car through the website in rubles). The car itself was not new (year of manufacture is indicated on the site), with small dents on the body, which were fixed during the transfer. The chassis, of course, requires repair, something occasionally knocked, but it did not prevent us on the road. To be fair, it should be said that it was the cheapest car of this brand from those offered on the site. The return was also quick and hassle free. We did not contact support, there was no need. Overall: the impression from booking on the website and the process of handing over the car is positive (5 out of 5), the car is not in the best technical condition (3 out of 5).
