The car is in good technical condition, no mileage limit, we drove to Phuket and back, on the way we needed to replace the pads, the owner promptly solved this issue, everything was very pleasant, I recommend this service, reliable company and nice people. Overall 3 with a minus. The car was given class C instead of rented A. The condition of the car is normal, although it is definitely worth to undergo service, as the suspension rattled, the wheels are unbalanced, there was an impression that they will fly off to the sides at speeds over 100 km/h. Several things marred the rental: 1. When renting the car was transferred to the paid parking lot of the airport, on my question whether it is necessary to pay for parking the girl said No problem. At the exit it turned out that the parking lot must be paid -150 baht. 2. Return the car should be with a full tank. The contract does not specify penalties for an empty tank. On the way to the airport was nowhere to refuel, and the tank was at the end of the trip a quarter. Well, I think, I will pay for a full tank of 1500 baht and that's the end of it. But they started demanding 2000 from me. Why what - just give me 2000. I had in the dates was 1700 - I say take 1700 is still more than the cost of the tank. They are not in what kind of like go to the direction or 2000. The woman who took the car did not understand English. In general the result - I exchanged the money at an unfavorable rate and gave them 2000. The manager started to teach me what to do to avoid wasting their time. The main claim that the fine and the amount of the fine is not written in the contract. So it was taken from the ceiling.

Everything went great! Very convenient website, we quickly found the option that suited us and placed the order, very cool that you can make a prepayment by card on the site. The order was processed quickly and the guys who were supposed to deliver the car wrote to us on WhatsApp. A very nice guy and a girl came, we looked at the car, recorded all the existing damage on video. On the spot the guys gave us something like a contract and kept one copy, talked through all the terms and conditions and communicated very politely. We were happy to drive around the island the same day and a few days later they asked for confirmation of the car. Everything was super prompt and the contract was honored by both parties, so we were very pleased with everything, thank you very much!
