The car was technically defective. I will not write a bad review. The service was relatively ok. It was hard to get in touch with a representative. Next time I think I will rent from you, too, then we will see. Thank you
I rented, but they gave me an Opel crossland with a surcharge, because I didn't have a Hyundai. In general, I think they were very surprised when I came to their office, and it took them a long time to figure it out. In general, everything went well, except for the communication. People there know only Turkish. They gave me a new car.
