Rent a Renault Clio 5

We were given a Citroen C4 as a replacement car, which was quite an unexpected event for us! The car is both higher in class and more spacious! We were two adults and two children, and the trip from the airport to the resort meant a 4 hour drive! So thank you very much for this surprise! The car is fresh, with low mileage. Very sharp and with optimal gasoline consumption. We were very comfortable! Separately I would like to say that there were no problems with communication with the Turkish side. There was a small misunderstanding at the very beginning of our lease, namely, that all the calculations we corresponded in US dollars, and at the time of signing the documents dollars turned into Euros, which significantly increased the cost of rent in terms of Russian rubles! We had to show the correspondence and prove that the original amount was voiced in USD. We agreed on this and there were no more problems! We will continue to use your services and recommend you to our friends!

Pros: 1) The car is the one I chose. 2) It was delivered on time. 3) Checkout took little time. 4) Traveled all the way without incident. Cons: 1) Dirty windshield from inside, which made driving at night difficult. 2) Empty tank initially. 3) Employee didn't have change from a $300 bill even though I texted in advance. 4) Left rear tire was flat a third of the way down . 5) Right rear right strut is knocking. 6) Pads in calipers squeak. 7) The steering wheel is squeaky. 8) Dirty seats.

Everything went well. The car was handed over right at the airport, the car arrived on time. It was convenient that we paid in cash and without a deposit. The car was well equipped. We had to return it later than originally planned because the flight was postponed, the lease was extended without problems for an extra fee. It was always possible to get in touch with the contact person via WhatsApp. There were no problems with the return.
