I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !

We rented a car from 12.10.2023 to 20.10.2023. We wanted to pick up the car from the airport, booked it, but forgot to send the documents in advance. We sent all the necessary data upon arrival in UAE. The company went to the meeting, our car was brought to the hotel at no extra charge. The staff was friendly. We got the car quickly, clearly, without any questions. The car Nissan Sunny is new, in excellent condition, it was enough for a family of 5 people. Drove carefully, so the delivery of the car was as fast and easy. Thank you! We will contact you again.

I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.

They brought the car with a half-filled tank (although when returning they ask to fill it up to full) + plus they charged 35 dirhams at the airport, although, as agreed, everything was paid for.
