Overall, it went well. There were a couple of things that could be worked on. First of all, the operators on WhatsApp communicated only in English (some people may have difficulties with this). The second moment, initially it was indicated that the car was to be picked up at the Pyramid Center. But on the day of rent, while we were driving there, they sent us a point on the map where to pick up the car. Taking into account that we didn't have a SIM card with permanent internet, we didn't see it. And when we arrived to Pyramid, it was on Sunday, we didn't find anyone there. Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.

The car was replaced by another car of the same class - a Nissan. I was unfortunately not met at the airport. I called the phone numbers from the application and after I got in touch with the lessors I met them at the parking lot at the airport, paid for parking and used the car. The car is in good condition, no complaints. When handing over the car I was told that the car had to be washed, and the amount of washing would be deducted from my deposit. I was surprised - the car was in the dust, there was no serious pollution (but maybe I was inattentive and it really should have been done by me). The deposit would be returned to me in 21 days after the car was handed over, as I was told by the representative at the airport, minus the car wash. They informed me that they will return it by transfer to my card in rubles. I am looking forward to it

Mazda 6 is a good car. I didn't have any issues. What could be improved about service is: 1) provide basic information about stalls 2) how often car should be washed (hopefully I won't receive any tickets) to prevent police tickets 3) Tricky tickets. Like when you ride close on the motorway, the camera catches this and you will receive a ticket for close riding to next car. I didn't know about it, and had to google. 4) insurance. In all European countries if you take a full coverage it means I don't care if someone on the car parking will open their door and the car will be damaged. It's very strange that I need to check car every time and call the police for report. Especially you can get a ticket if they in case of they won't find any damage or damage that happened earlier and I didn't spot it. I prefer do not to call police for each small damage and I don't want to pay for that if I get full coverage.

On arrival I had to wait 40 minutes for a transfer to the office, in the office I had to wait 50 minutes for the rental car to arrive. Total after arrival time to the moment when I sat in the rented car was 2 hours. There are no claims to the condition of the car. When handing over the car, the receiver wanted to divorce me for 20 adh for gasoline, although there was more in the tank than when I took the car. After my mentioning the terms of the contract in terms of gasoline "same to same" there were no more questions. And it is also very inconvenient that the acceptance of the car takes place in a city parking lot, a place in which it is quite problematic to find. Besides, there is a chance to get a fine for unpaid parking. At the same time, the office has an underground parking lot. It is unclear why it cannot be used for pickup and drop-off.
