The company confirmed that it received this information (I can send correspondence if interested). But no one came to the airport in the morning to process the return of the car. I took a picture of the box and its location, and the car in the airport parking lot - I sent the companies on WhatsApp with a description of the situation. After arriving in the country of residence, the company's courier contacted me via WhatsApp asking where to find the key at the airport - I sent him again a photo and a box at the airport. After 2 hours, I contacted the company - they confirmed to me that the car was safely picked up from the airport and the car return process was completed and the deposit blocked on my card would be returned within 30 days from the day the car was returned. Here is such a story. 4. - Also, the car was issued with a battery in the remote control with an immobilizer that had almost lost its charge. Didn't notice right away. The first day I had to start the car close to bring the remote control to the start button. And lock and unlock the car with a mechanical key. I contacted the company's support - they reported the battery model and sent a video instruction on how to replace it. But it turned out that the battery model number was reported incorrectly - I had to buy another one.🙂
