I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.

After 3 weeks the bill for one car came for toll roads. And for the second one still no 🤷🏼♀️. Didn't get the point of how it happened. But everything was fine, thank you

Of the minuses, the manager forgot to give us the key and had to run to the airport building to get it, and he did not tell us how much airport parking was paid and we had to pay extra for it later. Our rent a car we were very satisfied with. The manager answered our questions about driving the car. At the end of renting, I was contacted by WhatsApp one day in advance to clarify whether all plans are in force. I rented the car at the agreed place near the airport, then we were driven to the airport. I was very pleased with the rental and have already recommended your service to my friends to rent a car.
