Many thanks to Akil - everything went smoothly! I was contacted in advance on whatsapp, upon arrival they drove the car to the DXB airport, Arrivals zone. Full tank filled. I rented a car in the same place at the airport, Departures zone. Delivery took 5 minutes - quickly inspected the car. They also contacted me in advance on Whatsapp to clarify a convenient time for delivery. The car is in excellent condition. Please note that when driving on toll roads, you accumulate a debt - you will need to pay it when you return the car (I hit Salik 60 AED). Also keep in mind that the entrance to the parking area at the airport is paid and upon acceptance of the car, you will need to pay it additionally in the Pay Zone (30-40 AED). All fines, etc. - are also paid by you (which is quite logical). In all other respects, the payment corresponded to the original agreement, nothing more was required. For Russians - there is a payment by transfer to the Russian Federation by a card (Sberbank, you can use SBP) - very convenient if you don’t want to immediately bother with exchange at the airport and there are no international Visa / Mastercard cards (they can also be paid on the spot - the employee has a terminal with him for maps). Thanks to Akil for organizing the possibility of paying in rubles! I put 5 stars, I will definitely order again!

everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. I liked the service. The car was fresh, comfortable. No deposit was required. When receiving everything I took pictures and video (there were some small bumps on the body), when handing it over I checked it - signed the documents and that's it. There were no problems. do not return the deposit, cheat! I contacted the site administration, they said they would solve the problem, but they stopped contacting me, they say they will transfer wait for me, but I've been waiting for 2 months and still do not transfer, they have holidays or something else, now they stopped responding to messages! I highly do not recommend to rent a car in this company!

Very convenient. I booked the car a week before my arrival. Paid for the reservation directly on the site with a Russian card (which could not fail to please) The car was in excellent condition, clean and fueled. Strictly at the appointed place and time. Mazda 6 in the UAE
Mazda 6 is a good car. I didn't have any issues. What could be improved about service is: 1) provide basic information about stalls 2) how often car should be washed (hopefully I won't receive any tickets) to prevent police tickets 3) Tricky tickets. Like when you ride close on the motorway, the camera catches this and you will receive a ticket for close riding to next car. I didn't know about it, and had to google. 4) insurance. In all European countries if you take a full coverage it means I don't care if someone on the car parking will open their door and the car will be damaged. It's very strange that I need to check car every time and call the police for report. Especially you can get a ticket if they in case of they won't find any damage or damage that happened earlier and I didn't spot it. I prefer do not to call police for each small damage and I don't want to pay for that if I get full coverage.
