On 08/23/2018 we rented a car through Localcarhires.com company. Initially we applied for a Mitsubishi Attrage. But the guys brought us another car: Toyota Camry. The car was brought to our hotel at the time we appointed and it was picked up from there. Delivery and pickup was free of charge for us. The car was in perfect condition, clean, there were 2 bottles of water in the car. We had to return the car on 27.08 at 14.00, we asked the guys from the company to extend the rental period until 23 pm, which was agreed by the company and the car was taken away from us at 23 hours. We want to say a huge thank you to Aqeel - we were very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with you and your company. We will definitely rent a car from you next time.

Overall everything went great and I was satisfied. The car is good, in good condition. It was a different brand, but of the same class, so it was not critical. The only thing that confused me was that they did not give me any documents for the car. They promised to send it on WhatsApp, but I drove for 2 weeks without documents). At the end of the rental there was a strange situation. It was Sunday morning, I came to hand over the car, but the office was closed, the phones were disconnected, although the day before, on Saturday, we contacted and confirmed the completion of the lease. I ended up leaving the car at the office with the keys in the cabin, a video report was sent to the contact numbers. Otherwise no problems and I was satisfied with both price and quality! All is well. Easy to book. The company was quick to get in touch. The only thing was a little old and dirty car. But the price was low. So this is to be expected. We are waiting for more information about the deposit, the time has not come yet.

We took the car in September 2024. The car suited us in everything. We did not immediately get to grips with the Dubai interchanges, but having figured out the navigator, we quickly oriented ourselves. Yandex navigator works well. No problems with receipt and return. Since it is forbidden to park cars at the airport, we received and handed it in the city office, where we were kindly delivered by the company's employees. The car did not let us down once, it was obedient in driving. We were able to independently travel to different beaches, went to Abu Dhabi to the mosque of Sheikh Zayed. The company and the car are reliable, I recommend it.
