I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.

The only problem I had was a letter demanding to pay for toll roads, which came two months after returning to Moscow. And here was a serious enough problem, because it was not difficult to pay the debt on the spot, I had cash with me, the card "Gazprombank" worked, but when I came to Moscow to pay 5000 rubles by bank transfer to the account that was specified, it turned out to be a big problem. I, of course, coped with it, but next time it would be more convenient to immediately check the debt for this service and take it on the spot. And in general everything is good.

In the end, they brought to 13 replacement car class higher, extra payment was not taken. The car itself is excellent, there were no problems. The money was as it was written on the website.

When handing over the car, the receiver wanted to divorce me for 20 adh for gasoline, although there was more in the tank than when I took the car. After my mentioning the terms of the contract in terms of gasoline "same to same" there were no more questions. And it is also very inconvenient that the acceptance of the car takes place in a city parking lot, a place in which it is quite problematic to find. Besides, there is a chance to get a fine for unpaid parking. At the same time, the office has an underground parking lot. It is unclear why it cannot be used for pickup and drop-off.
