I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !

When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.

We took the car in September 2024. The car suited us in everything. We did not immediately get to grips with the Dubai interchanges, but having figured out the navigator, we quickly oriented ourselves. Yandex navigator works well. No problems with receipt and return. Since it is forbidden to park cars at the airport, we received and handed it in the city office, where we were kindly delivered by the company's employees. The car did not let us down once, it was obedient in driving. We were able to independently travel to different beaches, went to Abu Dhabi to the mosque of Sheikh Zayed. The company and the car are reliable, I recommend it.

everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. I rented a Suzuki from February 22 to 25 of this year but received a Nissan instead an hour late from the appointed time. The car was in terrible condition, due to lack of time to wait for another car, I was forced to pick this one up and the first thing I did was go to the car wash. The fuel level was slightly higher than the empty tank, but I returned it with the same level. The driver who brought the car was very friendly. The manager with whom I contacted via WhatsApp kindly prepared all the documents in advance and receiving the car at the airport terminal took only a few minutes. After returning the car to the same place, I was told that after 14 days I could receive the cash deposit back. After two weeks, I contacted the manager about payment but could not get an answer for 4 days. in the end, after four days of silence, they told me that they meant 14 working days and that the period expires this week, and the money will be transferred to me on Monday of the next week, that is, March 18th.
