The car was brought exactly to the time, right to the hotel. The cars are clean, well-maintained both outside and inside. A pleasant bonus - a bottle of water. The car does not need to be washed before handing it over, they warn you about it when handing over the car. The cost of washing is deducted from the deposit. The deposit was returned with the deduction of washing and toll roads to the Russian card in 20 days. Deserved 5 stars!

The only thing that confused me was that they did not give me any documents for the car. They promised to send it on WhatsApp, but I drove for 2 weeks without documents). At the end of the rental there was a strange situation. It was Sunday morning, I came to hand over the car, but the office was closed, the phones were disconnected, although the day before, on Saturday, we contacted and confirmed the completion of the lease. I ended up leaving the car at the office with the keys in the cabin, a video report was sent to the contact numbers. Otherwise no problems and I was satisfied with both price and quality! I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.

The staff was responsive, they helped me to change dirhams in the bank, I have problems with English. There were small scratches on the car, all noted in the act when transferring the car. When returning the car was checked, new scratches did not appear. In general, everything is good, I can recommend the company.

I found an offer on TakeCars, the car was Suzuk Dzire, in correspondence the guys offered KIA Pegas for the same price, for which they are grateful). Communication took place in WhatsApp, they answer quickly, in detail, favorably, on the merits. The deposit for the car can be transferred in rubles to a Russian card, which is very convenient, the return of the deposit on time, also on the card. I would like to note separately that the company has free delivery and return of the car to Al Maktoum airport - other companies charge extra for this service. On arrival the car was waiting for me in the parking lot at the airport, the car is 2024, with low mileage, in excellent condition. Clean, with a full tank. Drove for 11 days about a thousand kilometers, no problems. The rent was paid in cash dirhams, by agreement returned the car, leaving it in the parking lot at the airport - fast and convenient. Summing up, the most favorable impression of the company remained: the cost of rent, convenience of registration, the condition of the car, the level of customer orientation of the company. - everything is at the highest level!
