The car was delivered to Dubai Al Maktoum airport, as it was stated in very good condition. Small chips on the bumpers, small scuffs on the body, almost not noticeable. Great car rental service! Recently rented a Nissan Kicks car and was very satisfied! The car was almost new in good condition, clean and fueled. The paperwork took minimum time - Farook manager drove the car to the hotel, helped to inspect the car, fixed all the damage on the body, explained everything clearly and without unnecessary questions. Prices are adequate, without hidden commissions. I took out full insurance just in case. For 10 days of rent no problems with the car. I did not break any traffic rules, did not drive on toll roads. The return of the car also went without any problems. On the day of return, Farook manager called, arranged a place near the airport, washed the car before the return, checked the car, no new damage was found, then we were taken to the airport. Farook is the best, provides high level of service👍 If you need a reliable car rental with honest terms, I recommend this company! Will definitely apply again.

Also we were met by Russian-speaking staff, offered a higher class car without extra payment. The car is fresh everything worked properly. The only thing that did not like that after receiving the car we were informed that we would have to pay for washing, in the UAE you can not wash the car for months, there is no rain. Otherwise everything is good, I will contact again.
