Of the minuses: bad feedback from your employees as a company that provides rental services. I had several questions that I wanted to know the information for, I was sent to the rental office, they themselves could not give an answer or did not want to. I also learned a little at the rental office, maybe people were busy there, or maybe they had non-working hours, I didn’t understand. The answers were short. If I were a less experienced traveler, I would be very worried about a rental car. By the way, the rental office does not respond during non-working hours, but your employees send to the rental office. I would like to be more customer-oriented, all the same, I order a car from you, and not somewhere else. Another surprise was the attempt of the person who gave the car to sell us full insurance. He convinced me that I bought insurance from your company and in case of problems I would need to contact you, but he could not help in any way. But if you buy from him, it will be easier, simpler and in general it will be more correct. I ended up leaving your insurance because it was cheaper :) Well, I would like more clarity on how and where to take and rent a car. I contacted the man from the rental office and he explained to me tersely. A detailed and up-to-date (!) instruction from you would be a big plus for your company. At least for me, as a tourist in an unfamiliar country, it would be calmer, even if the instruction was redundant.

The only thing that confused me was that they did not give me any documents for the car. They promised to send it on WhatsApp, but I drove for 2 weeks without documents). At the end of the rental there was a strange situation. It was Sunday morning, I came to hand over the car, but the office was closed, the phones were disconnected, although the day before, on Saturday, we contacted and confirmed the completion of the lease. I ended up leaving the car at the office with the keys in the cabin, a video report was sent to the contact numbers. Otherwise no problems and I was satisfied with both price and quality! Overall, it went well. There were a couple of things that could be worked on. First of all, the operators on WhatsApp communicated only in English (some people may have difficulties with this). The second moment, initially it was indicated that the car was to be picked up at the Pyramid Center. But on the day of rent, while we were driving there, they sent us a point on the map where to pick up the car. Taking into account that we didn't have a SIM card with permanent internet, we didn't see it. And when we arrived to Pyramid, it was on Sunday, we didn't find anyone there. Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.

I can recommend this company. Because there was not even a hint of a "scam" and so on. Moreover, I was given a 2023 Xtrail! Auto surprisingly Pret and I even checked its all-wheel drive on the sand, but at speeds above 140km begins to drive, another minus all rented cars are not tinted, the company should have tinted, at least partially in the cheapest film. The guy "delivery man" himself noted a scratch on the panel, which I would not even notice, no way! When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.

I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !
