The car was delivered to Dubai Al Maktoum airport, as it was stated in very good condition. Small chips on the bumpers, small scuffs on the body, almost not noticeable. We rented for 10 days, all without problems. Surrendered also at the same airport, before that made a comprehensive wash. We were in a bit of a hurry when we turned it in, so we parked and left the keys on the front tire. Thank you very much for the service!
Mercedes-Benz C300 Cabrio in the UAE
On 21.12.2023 rented a Mercedes convertible car in the UAE DUBAI. On your website and in the booking documents it was stated that no deposit was required! On December 21 the driver arrived, was late for the appointed time and demanded a deposit. The deposit had to be made in cash or by card at the terminal. We did not have this amount in cash, the cards are Russian. The driver refused the service and drove away. In WhatsApp with the Russian-speaking manager we agreed that the driver would return, provide the service, and we would send the deposit to the Russian card. All this took a very long time, the driver came back, checked us in, handed over the car, meaning we took the car 2-3 hours late. We decided to clarify with the manager of your company, whether the next day we can give the car a little later, because we took it later than the necessary time. The answer we got was that no problem, it's not a big deal. We asked for the car for 2 hours later. All correspondence, conversations with this manager are available. At the appointed time for the driver, the driver was again late and arrived 40-50 minutes later. We were told that the deposit would be refunded within 18 business days. We were also told that the deposit is an amount that is taken to write off fines and road tolls. After a while we were sent a document and the deposit was returned. BUT! the deposit was transferred to us at a rate at which we lost a lot of money! At least no one told us that the exchange rate during the transfer will be such and you will lose money. Deposit is basically the cost, which is returned in full amount!!!!. Most importantly we were counted 2 full days! With all the arrangements. The manager promised to sort out the situation and refund the money for the second day. In the end, a few weeks later, for him just began to answer another person who does not even get into the situation Please resolve the issue. It's been more than 2 months, reviews of your firm are good, would not want to solve the issue in a legislative way, appeal to the police.

We did not immediately get to grips with the Dubai interchanges, but having figured out the navigator, we quickly oriented ourselves. Yandex navigator works well. No problems with receipt and return. Since it is forbidden to park cars at the airport, we received and handed it in the city office, where we were kindly delivered by the company's employees. The car did not let us down once, it was obedient in driving. We were able to independently travel to different beaches, went to Abu Dhabi to the mosque of Sheikh Zayed. The company and the car are reliable, I recommend it.

I found an offer on TakeCars, the car was Suzuk Dzire, in correspondence the guys offered KIA Pegas for the same price, for which they are grateful). Communication took place in WhatsApp, they answer quickly, in detail, favorably, on the merits. The deposit for the car can be transferred in rubles to a Russian card, which is very convenient, the return of the deposit on time, also on the card. I would like to note separately that the company has free delivery and return of the car to Al Maktoum airport - other companies charge extra for this service. On arrival the car was waiting for me in the parking lot at the airport, the car is 2024, with low mileage, in excellent condition. Clean, with a full tank. Drove for 11 days about a thousand kilometers, no problems. The rent was paid in cash dirhams, by agreement returned the car, leaving it in the parking lot at the airport - fast and convenient. Summing up, the most favorable impression of the company remained: the cost of rent, convenience of registration, the condition of the car, the level of customer orientation of the company. - everything is at the highest level! everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. Overall I can give 4.5 out of 5 points. we will contact again
