The car was waiting for us at the airport and all the registration took no more than 3 minutes. We didn't give the car back at all, we just left it at the airport parking lot and sent the photo of the car and parking place by phone. Everything is very fast and very convenient. Booked the car in March 2024. Received the car at Sharjah airport at the end of the trip and handed it back at the airport. The car is in very good condition, the transfer was quick. We traveled 6 emirates in 10 days. Everything is perfect. Returned as agreed with a full tank of gasoline and clean (went to the car wash). The only point, the deposit was returned 2.5 months. Otherwise everything was OK, the company was always in touch.

Overall, it went well. There were a couple of things that could be worked on. First of all, the operators on WhatsApp communicated only in English (some people may have difficulties with this). The second moment, initially it was indicated that the car was to be picked up at the Pyramid Center. But on the day of rent, while we were driving there, they sent us a point on the map where to pick up the car. Taking into account that we didn't have a SIM card with permanent internet, we didn't see it. And when we arrived to Pyramid, it was on Sunday, we didn't find anyone there. Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.

I rented a car from TakeCars, I was satisfied with the service, I can definitely recommend it to tourists. One of the big pluses is that you can rent a car without a deposit. I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !
