The car was replaced by another car of the same class - a Nissan. I was unfortunately not met at the airport. I called the phone numbers from the application and after I got in touch with the lessors I met them at the parking lot at the airport, paid for parking and used the car. The car is in good condition, no complaints. When handing over the car I was told that the car had to be washed, and the amount of washing would be deducted from my deposit. I was surprised - the car was in the dust, there was no serious pollution (but maybe I was inattentive and it really should have been done by me). The deposit would be returned to me in 21 days after the car was handed over, as I was told by the representative at the airport, minus the car wash. They informed me that they will return it by transfer to my card in rubles. I am looking forward to it

Everything went well. The car was delivered exactly as I ordered it by the time I ordered it. The only problem with payment was with MIR cards, but we agreed for cash and deposit together. The deposit was returned minus the car wash as agreed.

I got an Audi A3 instead of a Camry, it didn't affect me in any way. Everything went perfectly, I received it in Dubai mall and handed it over at the airport. There were no problems, the price was fine. The landlord was always in touch. Feedback on the site, also everything is fine, it is convenient that you can pay by RF card, in the UAE paid through Union Pay. I would like to be able to pay 100% of the rent on the site, 15-20% to write off and the rest with a hold and then write off after the fact, so as not to pay directly to the landlord. It was very convenient that there was no deductible or deposit.

We flew to Abu Dhabi from November 3 to 13, 2024 to participate in the competition. Considering that the accommodation was in different territorial locations, it would have been very difficult for us without a car. The company provided a discount for a long period of rent, unlimited kilometers for the entire period, convenient place of issuing and returning the car (directly at the airport parking lot). Overall it's good, except the cost of the fines cost a lot more than the cost of the rental. It would be cool if there was some sort of manual on what to pay attention to. Instructions on how to pay in parking machines, instructions on how to pay a fine in the local traffic police, UAE id, some general information that Yandex maps do not show current road repairs and you can accidentally violate because of this, information that Yandex maps lie about free parking, maybe recommendations of the best navigators for the Emirates... spent half of my vacation on figuring this shit out instead of having a rest. The bill for payment of toll roads, already comes on return to Russia, respectively dancing with tambourine how to pay, maps RF do not pass. There are no complaints about the staff in the office in Dubai, polite, helpful, trying to help.

Impressions are not good from the rental, gave Nissan Sunny, the stereo did not work, the car barely drove. It was not a good rental.

car was delivered to the hotel, the driver took all the pictures of the car and sent it to me in whatsapp. There were no visible issues and i signed the paper. I requested the car for one day, but the driver contacted me late in the evening and said that he was expecting me to return the car the same day. I said that he can take the car, that we have already finished our trip. The driver thoroughly checked the car and said that everything was ok except that I draw 70km over the limit of contract and I need to pay 5 Dirham.

They did not return the deposit in full, the car was in bad condition, I had to ask for a replacement. When leaving the airport, an Arab woman drove into me, no help. I had to deal with everything myself. Lots of questions, no answers.

Great car, very roomy, holds the road perfectly on the highway, easy to drive in the city. The rental process is very comfortable - the guys bring the car to the airport right to the arrival, quickly sign the papers and drive off. Return also without waiting, at the designated time. The deposit was returned as they said - exactly in 10 days, in full on the Russian card. In general I recommend, next time I will definitely take a car here - the choice of car options is very decent.
