I rented a Suzuki from February 22 to 25 of this year but received a Nissan instead an hour late from the appointed time. The car was in terrible condition, due to lack of time to wait for another car, I was forced to pick this one up and the first thing I did was go to the car wash. The fuel level was slightly higher than the empty tank, but I returned it with the same level. The driver who brought the car was very friendly. The manager with whom I contacted via WhatsApp kindly prepared all the documents in advance and receiving the car at the airport terminal took only a few minutes. After returning the car to the same place, I was told that after 14 days I could receive the cash deposit back. After two weeks, I contacted the manager about payment but could not get an answer for 4 days. in the end, after four days of silence, they told me that they meant 14 working days and that the period expires this week, and the money will be transferred to me on Monday of the next week, that is, March 18th. Overall, it went well. There were a couple of things that could be worked on. First of all, the operators on WhatsApp communicated only in English (some people may have difficulties with this). The second moment, initially it was indicated that the car was to be picked up at the Pyramid Center. But on the day of rent, while we were driving there, they sent us a point on the map where to pick up the car. Taking into account that we didn't have a SIM card with permanent internet, we didn't see it. And when we arrived to Pyramid, it was on Sunday, we didn't find anyone there. Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.

Good afternoon. Using the platform, I booked a Renault Megane in the UAE (Sharjah region). The rental company provided the car without any problems. However, when I returned the car, I found two scratches on the bottom of the bumper, which were definitely not my fault (or I inspected them inattentively, as they were on the bottom of the bumper). It seemed strange that during the inspection the representative immediately paid attention to them and did not examine the car further. Despite the insurance "FULL CASCO" (by the way, no insurance documents were not actually given to me) I was obliged to compensate for the damage. If you count on the insurance, then it is necessary, according to them, to go to the police and make a report on a minor accident, which is not possible, because there is no time, vacation with children and they are not left alone. The renter's representative said you could download an app, but it wasn't working (then I checked the website and it worked), which the representative most likely knew. The cost of reimbursement of two scratches was taken "out of thin air" and was not confirmed by anything (consultation with the office), no act was drawn up, except for the car return sheet, which had the appropriate marks on the scheme. I paid 525 dirham, the representative wanted to take cash, but I insisted through the terminal to make it official. Waited for the terminal for about an hour (brought another representative). Checked the fines, toll roads - all in the end I returned the car. But
