The car is almost new, the staff was friendly, helped to sort out everything, drove to the gas station, and then drove ourselves to Ras el Khaimah. For 2 weeks we drove more than 2 t. km, we were everywhere, even in Abu Dhabi. We returned the car just as quickly at Sharjah airport. We recommend the rental company and your website to our friends. We had a great vacation in the summer heat thanks to car rental. Also, I would like to note that in BM beach hotel the staff and administration were interested in our car and were very surprised at the conditions for which we rented it. We consider very inexpensive and as convenient as possible, compared to other countries.

I wish it were better. There are no questions about the car. I didn’t like two things: 1. We received the car with 10 km of petrol left. We nearly died out while we found a gas station. Upon arrival, I wanted to relax and not to be puzzled where to find a gas station. As a result, we devoted half of the evening to this issue instead of just traveling on business. 2. Delivery of a car - a person is late, it is very difficult to communicate, he does not understand anything and can not get through in any way. We were late for the event due to a delay in submission. Delayed not inspection of the car, namely the arrival of a person. In the end, it wasn't even he who came. To be honest, there is no desire to use the service again. The experience is rather negative than positive. If the fuel policy is principled, they would have warned in advance, I would have paid for a full tank.

Many thanks to Akil - everything went smoothly! I was contacted in advance on whatsapp, upon arrival they drove the car to the DXB airport, Arrivals zone. Full tank filled. I rented a car in the same place at the airport, Departures zone. Delivery took 5 minutes - quickly inspected the car. They also contacted me in advance on Whatsapp to clarify a convenient time for delivery. The car is in excellent condition. Please note that when driving on toll roads, you accumulate a debt - you will need to pay it when you return the car (I hit Salik 60 AED). Also keep in mind that the entrance to the parking area at the airport is paid and upon acceptance of the car, you will need to pay it additionally in the Pay Zone (30-40 AED). All fines, etc. - are also paid by you (which is quite logical). In all other respects, the payment corresponded to the original agreement, nothing more was required. For Russians - there is a payment by transfer to the Russian Federation by a card (Sberbank, you can use SBP) - very convenient if you don’t want to immediately bother with exchange at the airport and there are no international Visa / Mastercard cards (they can also be paid on the spot - the employee has a terminal with him for maps). Everything went without any problems, we wrote to the rental company in Whatsapp a couple of days before the arrival, they gave the number of the manager who will issue the car at the airport (we also communicated with him on Whatsapp). They met me normally, took the car, noted the damage, etc., all in electronic form, all the documents were also sent to email and whatsapp. I handed over the car as easily as I took it - not a single problem, everything is convenient and without unnecessary movements! In general, I liked the service very much - I will use it again!

On arrival I had to wait 40 minutes for a transfer to the office, in the office I had to wait 50 minutes for the rental car to arrive. Total after arrival time to the moment when I sat in the rented car was 2 hours. There are no claims to the condition of the car. When handing over the car, the receiver wanted to divorce me for 20 adh for gasoline, although there was more in the tank than when I took the car. After my mentioning the terms of the contract in terms of gasoline "same to same" there were no more questions. And it is also very inconvenient that the acceptance of the car takes place in a city parking lot, a place in which it is quite problematic to find. Besides, there is a chance to get a fine for unpaid parking. At the same time, the office has an underground parking lot. It is unclear why it cannot be used for pickup and drop-off.
