The company requested scans of passport and driver's license on the day before the car was delivered, so on the day of pickup no additional documents had to be filled out. Due to the delay at the airport I was not in time to receive the car, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and rescheduled the time of delivery to a later date. I received the car in the hotel, the representative contacted me before arrival and clarified the address. The only disadvantage - the representative did not have change when paying in cash, I had to run to find change. The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. Takecars as an aggregator deserves all praise because of the simple and transparent process of registration of rent and acceptance of prepayment from Russian cards. Good luck to you!

I would like to note separately that the company has free delivery and return of the car to Al Maktoum airport - other companies charge extra for this service. On arrival the car was waiting for me in the parking lot at the airport, the car is 2024, with low mileage, in excellent condition. Clean, with a full tank. Drove for 11 days about a thousand kilometers, no problems. The rent was paid in cash dirhams, by agreement returned the car, leaving it in the parking lot at the airport - fast and convenient.
