The only problem was at the stage of returning the car - the company has a parking lot near the office for the return, but it was occupied when we came to return the car and we drove around in circles in the area, trying to find free time and in parallel communicating with the manager. In the end we spent more than an hour, but we could not leave the car and came the next day in the morning (at 7 am), when there were no cars in the parking lot and handed over the keys with the car. Apart from these problems, everything else was great! For Russian citizens, this service is a lifesaver, as no deposit is needed.

Handing over the car was also quick. The manager looked at the absence of new damage. We washed the car before handing it over. Gasoline was even a little more than it was. We liked it. No deposit. We prepaid with a MIR card and paid in cash, we paid in dirhams.
