Communication took place in WhatsApp, they answer quickly, in detail, favorably, on the merits. The deposit for the car can be transferred in rubles to a Russian card, which is very convenient, the return of the deposit on time, also on the card. I would like to note separately that the company has free delivery and return of the car to Al Maktoum airport - other companies charge extra for this service. On arrival the car was waiting for me in the parking lot at the airport, the car is 2024, with low mileage, in excellent condition. Clean, with a full tank. Drove for 11 days about a thousand kilometers, no problems. The rent was paid in cash dirhams, by agreement returned the car, leaving it in the parking lot at the airport - fast and convenient. The staff at the rental company was eager to help resolve any questions I had. My questions were mainly about how to pay for paid parking lots in Dubai. Thank them for their patience, tried several ways, found a working one that suited me. They explained three times how to use it, as they doubted that I understood everything from the first time, given my poor level of English. The car was 2023, with a mileage of 50 thousand kilometers, in good technical condition. I quickly inspected the car, took all the damages on video just in case, signed the documents and left. With the delivery of the car as well everything quickly, there were no problems.

When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.

I rented a Suzuki from February 22 to 25 of this year but received a Nissan instead an hour late from the appointed time. The car was in terrible condition, due to lack of time to wait for another car, I was forced to pick this one up and the first thing I did was go to the car wash. The fuel level was slightly higher than the empty tank, but I returned it with the same level. The driver who brought the car was very friendly. The manager with whom I contacted via WhatsApp kindly prepared all the documents in advance and receiving the car at the airport terminal took only a few minutes. After returning the car to the same place, I was told that after 14 days I could receive the cash deposit back. After two weeks, I contacted the manager about payment but could not get an answer for 4 days. in the end, after four days of silence, they told me that they meant 14 working days and that the period expires this week, and the money will be transferred to me on Monday of the next week, that is, March 18th. Overall I was pleased. Will I use the services of "takecars.com" again? - Probably yes. Thank you. Best wishes.
