car was delivered to the hotel, the driver took all the pictures of the car and sent it to me in whatsapp. There were no visible issues and i signed the paper. I requested the car for one day, but the driver contacted me late in the evening and said that he was expecting me to return the car the same day. I said that he can take the car, that we have already finished our trip. The driver thoroughly checked the car and said that everything was ok except that I draw 70km over the limit of contract and I need to pay 5 Dirham.

We rented a car. We found the office quickly, we did not use the car delivery to the hotel. We had to wait, but it was very long, about 40 minutes. Acceptance was fast enough and fair, even the manager himself showed the defects in the car, which we did not notice. The main disadvantage was that the windshield was covered with something, to be exact, the whole car was covered with some protective compound, and when they covered it, apparently, they forgot to cover the windshield. It's like glue and fine sand. And it doesn't come off, we tried it. During the day, when driving, it was fine, but at night it turned out to be extremely bad, also when the sun was right on the course. Otherwise - everything is normal. Handing over the car was also quick. The manager looked at the absence of new damage. We washed the car before handing it over. Gasoline was even a little more than it was. We liked it. No deposit. We prepaid with a MIR card and paid in cash, we paid in dirhams.

Rented Nissan Kicks from March 21 to 27. We booked a Hyundai Accent in advance through the website, but they provided Nissan Kicks at the same price. The replacement was previously agreed with us via Whatsapp. The car is in excellent condition. Everything went well. Receipt and return of the car was at Al Maktoum airport. Rental payment and deposit were paid in cash. The deposit was fully refunded after four weeks on a sberbank card. So I can safely recommend TakeCars!
