I rented a car from TakeCars, I was satisfied with the service, I can definitely recommend it to tourists. One of the big pluses is that you can rent a car without a deposit. I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !

Nissan Sunny in the UAE
Rented a Nissan Sunny car for 8 days with collection and return at Sharjah airport. Upon arrival, the tenant's representative was waiting for me in the parking lot of Sharjah airport. Within 10 minutes the rent was issued and I went to the hotel. The car was provided brand new with a mileage of 4 88 km. (issue 2022). Salon is not smoky, everything worked perfectly. During the lease I drove about 1500 km. (according to the contract no more than 250 km per day). Before returning the car, I washed it at a car wash at a gas station - the full complex cost 20 dirhams. I returned the car to Sharjah Airport, where I received it. Paid for the use of toll roads 31.5 dirhams. I liked everything very much. I advise.

Then when I ordered a cab for 16.00 from the rental office to the airport, the drivers started calling me at 4.00 am, mixing up the morning with the evening. 6. Further when I arrived at their office, I had to go up to their office and had to deal with the cab for a long time. 7. Further every 10 minutes I was told that in 5 minutes will be a cab to the airport, was late for 35 min car in the end. 8. In general, the service is lame, to put it mildly. 9. In exchange for the inconvenience of nothing offered, even took extra money for not getting gasoline in double the amount.

We ordered another vehicle with 7 seats, but Jetour was available. For me, as a lover of frame Japanese SUVs, it was an interesting experience. The car from the Celestial Empire turned out to be surprisingly new, quite fast, well controlled and fast. It lacked smoothness and spaciousness in the cabin, but for a week of new impressions more than enough! Loved the rental company, very friendly at drop off and pick up. It's just a pity they couldn't accept the full amount from the card (from Russian Federation), so next time I will prefer to pay the full amount through "Take Cars"

The company requested scans of passport and driver's license on the day before the car was delivered, so on the day of pickup no additional documents had to be filled out. Due to the delay at the airport I was not in time to receive the car, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and rescheduled the time of delivery to a later date. I received the car in the hotel, the representative contacted me before arrival and clarified the address. The only disadvantage - the representative did not have change when paying in cash, I had to run to find change. The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. Takecars as an aggregator deserves all praise because of the simple and transparent process of registration of rent and acceptance of prepayment from Russian cards. Good luck to you!
