Ordered a car bmw 420 cabriolet, 8 hours before departure from Moscow to the airport in Dubai dxb. When I arrived the car was in place, the car was clean, without any fingers on the body and dust in the cabin with a full tank of gas. The car was practically new 15k mileage. At first I took for 2 days, in the process decided to extend for another 2 days, all without problems allowed. In general, the agency is recommended!

I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.

Then when I ordered a cab for 16.00 from the rental office to the airport, the drivers started calling me at 4.00 am, mixing up the morning with the evening. 6. Further when I arrived at their office, I had to go up to their office and had to deal with the cab for a long time. 7. Further every 10 minutes I was told that in 5 minutes will be a cab to the airport, was late for 35 min car in the end. 8. In general, the service is lame, to put it mildly. 9. Rented a Nissan Sunny car for 8 days with collection and return at Sharjah airport. Upon arrival, the tenant's representative was waiting for me in the parking lot of Sharjah airport. Within 10 minutes the rent was issued and I went to the hotel. The car was provided brand new with a mileage of 4 88 km. (issue 2022). Salon is not smoky, everything worked perfectly. During the lease I drove about 1500 km. (according to the contract no more than 250 km per day). Before returning the car, I washed it at a car wash at a gas station - the full complex cost 20 dirhams. I returned the car to Sharjah Airport, where I received it. Paid for the use of toll roads 31.5 dirhams. I liked everything very much. I advise.

Excellent rental in Dubai, I liked everything: a) you can resolve the issue with the deposit, incl. in rubles b) the car is in good condition c) child seats are installed, I didn’t have to figure out how to put them separately d) they gave explanations on the peculiarities of local traffic rules e) service - they respond quickly and meet halfway when booking changes. Return of the deposit about 3 weeks.
