Thank them for their patience, tried several ways, found a working one that suited me. They explained three times how to use it, as they doubted that I understood everything from the first time, given my poor level of English. The car was 2023, with a mileage of 50 thousand kilometers, in good technical condition. I quickly inspected the car, took all the damages on video just in case, signed the documents and left. With the delivery of the car as well everything quickly, there were no problems.

Ordered a Renault Duster 4x4 for the day, but in fact brought 2008 Peugeot monopride. The car is fresh, no deposits were asked for, I didn't catch any fines during the day. Mazda 6 in the UAE
Mazda 6 is a good car. I didn't have any issues. What could be improved about service is: 1) provide basic information about stalls 2) how often car should be washed (hopefully I won't receive any tickets) to prevent police tickets 3) Tricky tickets. Like when you ride close on the motorway, the camera catches this and you will receive a ticket for close riding to next car. I didn't know about it, and had to google. 4) insurance. In all European countries if you take a full coverage it means I don't care if someone on the car parking will open their door and the car will be damaged. It's very strange that I need to check car every time and call the police for report. Especially you can get a ticket if they in case of they won't find any damage or damage that happened earlier and I didn't spot it. I prefer do not to call police for each small damage and I don't want to pay for that if I get full coverage.

Overall it's good, except the cost of the fines cost a lot more than the cost of the rental. It would be cool if there was some sort of manual on what to pay attention to. Instructions on how to pay in parking machines, instructions on how to pay a fine in the local traffic police, UAE id, some general information that Yandex maps do not show current road repairs and you can accidentally violate because of this, information that Yandex maps lie about free parking, maybe recommendations of the best navigators for the Emirates... spent half of my vacation on figuring this shit out instead of having a rest. The bill for payment of toll roads, already comes on return to Russia, respectively dancing with tambourine how to pay, maps RF do not pass. There are no complaints about the staff in the office in Dubai, polite, helpful, trying to help.
