On 08/23/2018 we rented a car through Localcarhires.com company. Initially we applied for a Mitsubishi Attrage. But the guys brought us another car: Toyota Camry. The car was brought to our hotel at the time we appointed and it was picked up from there. Delivery and pickup was free of charge for us. The car was in perfect condition, clean, there were 2 bottles of water in the car. We had to return the car on 27.08 at 14.00, we asked the guys from the company to extend the rental period until 23 pm, which was agreed by the company and the car was taken away from us at 23 hours. We want to say a huge thank you to Aqeel - we were very comfortable and pleasant to communicate with you and your company. We will definitely rent a car from you next time.

There were negative moments: the car was delayed for more than 3 hours, and only after my request. Then several people wrote to me on WhatsApp to find out where to deliver it, although the address was in the order. On acceptance and handing over the car, you sign on the clipboard without seeing what you signed for. In the new damage recorded missing towing hook plug, I had to write to the office and send a video of acceptance, it was without consequences. Otherwise everything was satisfactory

We rented a car from 12.10.2023 to 20.10.2023. We wanted to pick up the car from the airport, booked it, but forgot to send the documents in advance. We sent all the necessary data upon arrival in UAE. The company went to the meeting, our car was brought to the hotel at no extra charge. The staff was friendly. We got the car quickly, clearly, without any questions. The car Nissan Sunny is new, in excellent condition, it was enough for a family of 5 people. I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.
