Everything went without any problems, we wrote to the rental company in Whatsapp a couple of days before the arrival, they gave the number of the manager who will issue the car at the airport (we also communicated with him on Whatsapp). They met me normally, took the car, noted the damage, etc., all in electronic form, all the documents were also sent to email and whatsapp. I handed over the car as easily as I took it - not a single problem, everything is convenient and without unnecessary movements! In general, I liked the service very much - I will use it again!

Landlords are not decent!!! In the search criteria were set parameters for cash and without deposit, respectively, and the cost of rent is higher!!!! The order was confirmed and prepayment was taken, but by the appointed time the car was not provided. They started to demand a deposit or payment by card. On the question why so, the answer just struck "You are on the black list". What list if it is my first time in the UAE? They could not confirm it As a result of long dialogs the car was not provided, all our plans went to ruin. The deposit was barely returned after a long agreement. In a word, JULIET!!!

I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception. We provided a photo via whats app, in response we received "ok" and left the keys at reception. In general, everything worked out super !
