Yes, everything went well! Except that the security deposit was not 2000 aed but 2500 aed. The car is brand new with 12,000 miles. By the way ! I completely forgot .... A gps signal jammer is installed on the car !!!!!! in order to rent a navigator from them. I had my own navigator with all the points where I usually go .... I was offered a navigator for 200 dirhams. I refused. My sat nav couldn't pick up satellites in the car and I had to go outside, pick up satellites and drive to the hotel with my hand out the window... which is not safe. At the hotel, I wrote an angry message to the manager that if they did not turn off the jammer, I would report the intrusive service to the police! I was furious at such disrespect for customers, which looked like revenge for refusing to rent a navigator ... .. In the morning, the jammer was already turned off. I always take a car when I travel to different countries, but I have never seen anything like this, especially in the UAE, and it was the 15th trip. Previously, when I ordered a car through Emirates, I did not need to move from terminal to terminal by taxi to pick up or return the car.

The car was replaced by another car of the same class - a Nissan. I was unfortunately not met at the airport. I called the phone numbers from the application and after I got in touch with the lessors I met them at the parking lot at the airport, paid for parking and used the car. The car is in good condition, no complaints. When handing over the car I was told that the car had to be washed, and the amount of washing would be deducted from my deposit. I was surprised - the car was in the dust, there was no serious pollution (but maybe I was inattentive and it really should have been done by me). The deposit would be returned to me in 21 days after the car was handed over, as I was told by the representative at the airport, minus the car wash. They informed me that they will return it by transfer to my card in rubles. I am looking forward to it

I rented a Suzuki from February 22 to 25 of this year but received a Nissan instead an hour late from the appointed time. The fuel level was slightly higher than the empty tank, but I returned it with the same level. The driver who brought the car was very friendly. The manager with whom I contacted via WhatsApp kindly prepared all the documents in advance and receiving the car at the airport terminal took only a few minutes. After returning the car to the same place, I was told that after 14 days I could receive the cash deposit back. After two weeks, I contacted the manager about payment but could not get an answer for 4 days. in the end, after four days of silence, they told me that they meant 14 working days and that the period expires this week, and the money will be transferred to me on Monday of the next week, that is, March 18th. We ordered another vehicle with 7 seats, but Jetour was available. For me, as a lover of frame Japanese SUVs, it was an interesting experience. The car from the Celestial Empire turned out to be surprisingly new, quite fast, well controlled and fast. It lacked smoothness and spaciousness in the cabin, but for a week of new impressions more than enough! Loved the rental company, very friendly at drop off and pick up. It's just a pity they couldn't accept the full amount from the card (from Russian Federation), so next time I will prefer to pay the full amount through "Take Cars"
