Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.

And here was a serious enough problem, because it was not difficult to pay the debt on the spot, I had cash with me, the card "Gazprombank" worked, but when I came to Moscow to pay 5000 rubles by bank transfer to the account that was specified, it turned out to be a big problem. I, of course, coped with it, but next time it would be more convenient to immediately check the debt for this service and take it on the spot. And in general everything is good.
