I rented a Nissan Kicks car in January, the car was new, clean, delivery service was good, everything was on time. brought to the airport and picked up from the hotel with transfer to the airport on the way back. The deposit for the car was returned after 23 days to the debit card. I recommend!

The car was replaced by another car of the same class - a Nissan. I was unfortunately not met at the airport. I called the phone numbers from the application and after I got in touch with the lessors I met them at the parking lot at the airport, paid for parking and used the car. The car is in good condition, no complaints. When handing over the car I was told that the car had to be washed, and the amount of washing would be deducted from my deposit. I was surprised - the car was in the dust, there was no serious pollution (but maybe I was inattentive and it really should have been done by me). The deposit would be returned to me in 21 days after the car was handed over, as I was told by the representative at the airport, minus the car wash. They informed me that they will return it by transfer to my card in rubles. I am looking forward to it

There was the car that I ordered, the first one was unfortunately brought to the airport with a non-functioning air conditioner, but I think this happens to everyone. They brought it to the hotel and promptly replaced it with a car of the same model. I am satisfied with the service was always on the phone, where necessary. The order I had without deposit. everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. Overall I can give 4.5 out of 5 points. we will contact again
