The company requested scans of passport and driver's license on the day before the car was delivered, so on the day of pickup no additional documents had to be filled out. Due to the delay at the airport I was not in time to receive the car, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and rescheduled the time of delivery to a later date. I received the car in the hotel, the representative contacted me before arrival and clarified the address. The only disadvantage - the representative did not have change when paying in cash, I had to run to find change. The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. Takecars as an aggregator deserves all praise because of the simple and transparent process of registration of rent and acceptance of prepayment from Russian cards. Good luck to you!

everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. The car was brought to the address, for this they took an additional 100 aedes, which was not warned anywhere, just in fact after paying the rent the agent said that you still need to pay extra. The reservation was for a day from 14 to 14, in the evening of the same day I wrote to the agent with the name Akil in watsapp that I want to extend for 2 more days, I asked the cost of renting each day, he wrote 11 aedes, I asked for an invoice for payment, it was at 22 pm on the day of renting, that is, it was still 16 hours before the end of the paid day. The bill was not sent to me. I planned a trip for the next day. The car was filled with gasoline on half a tank. But I decided to fill it up, it came out to 78 aedes. Only at 15 o'clock the next day another agent writes me that I have to pay, the sum for 2 days - 288 aedes. This pissed me off, as I read this message by accident, my phone caught wifi in the shopping center. Why wasn't the payment issue resolved in the morning when there was still internet in the hotel? I texted that I would return the car but in 2-3 hours. In the end around 17 hours wrote Akil that they can take the car. But it was standing until the next day, several people from different numbers in sucksap demanded to pay those unfortunate 144 aedes. But I used the car +3 hours to the paid hours and paid for gasoline for 78 aedes (by the way in rubles it turned out to be 70 rubles per liter, we were so surprised, all say about cheap gasoline in the UAE, but it was more expensive than in Russia). As a result, the car was taken away at 15 o'clock the next day. I left the UAE. And after almost a month this Akil writes to me again on WhatsApp that they will demand payment for + 1 day 144 dirhams through the court. I would have paid immediately an additional 288 aedes, but not stated +100 aedes when renting, and the fact that the bill for renewal did not send in advance very much pissed off. Different agents write from different numbers in watsapp, each other do not pass information. The number of the office is not, because when signing the documents did not leave me any contract. Only slips from the payment terminal. I highly do not recommend renting from Akil. He also sent voice messages instead of text - well class, it is a tourist a priori without internet.

Communication took place in WhatsApp, they answer quickly, in detail, favorably, on the merits. The deposit for the car can be transferred in rubles to a Russian card, which is very convenient, the return of the deposit on time, also on the card. I would like to note separately that the company has free delivery and return of the car to Al Maktoum airport - other companies charge extra for this service. On arrival the car was waiting for me in the parking lot at the airport, the car is 2024, with low mileage, in excellent condition. Clean, with a full tank. Drove for 11 days about a thousand kilometers, no problems. The rent was paid in cash dirhams, by agreement returned the car, leaving it in the parking lot at the airport - fast and convenient. Summing up, the most favorable impression of the company remained: the cost of rent, convenience of registration, the condition of the car, the level of customer orientation of the company. - everything is at the highest level!
