Many thanks to Akil - everything went smoothly! I was contacted in advance on whatsapp, upon arrival they drove the car to the DXB airport, Arrivals zone. Full tank filled. I rented a car in the same place at the airport, Departures zone. Delivery took 5 minutes - quickly inspected the car. They also contacted me in advance on Whatsapp to clarify a convenient time for delivery. The car is in excellent condition. Please note that when driving on toll roads, you accumulate a debt - you will need to pay it when you return the car (I hit Salik 60 AED). Also keep in mind that the entrance to the parking area at the airport is paid and upon acceptance of the car, you will need to pay it additionally in the Pay Zone (30-40 AED). All fines, etc. - are also paid by you (which is quite logical). In all other respects, the payment corresponded to the original agreement, nothing more was required. For Russians - there is a payment by transfer to the Russian Federation by a card (Sberbank, you can use SBP) - very convenient if you don’t want to immediately bother with exchange at the airport and there are no international Visa / Mastercard cards (they can also be paid on the spot - the employee has a terminal with him for maps). Basically everything went fine. But there were unpleasant moments when receiving and returning the car. After booking on the site, I was contacted via WhatsApp by a car rental company from the UAE. I asked to send a photo of my documents, the address of issue and return of the car and flight numbers of arrival and return departure. I booked pickup and drop off at Al Maktoum Airport. Specified the time of issuance and return of the car on the site. He also confirmed the time of issuance and return of the company's car to the lessor - they confirmed that the car would be at the airport at the specified time. But the courier brought the car for 1.5 hours. Later. Before returning the car a day in advance, the lessor asked to confirm the time and place of return via WhatsApp. I confirmed - 5.00AM, Al Maktoum airport. He also pointed out that my departure was at 7.00AM and that the delay of the courier to return the car was highly undesirable. The company confirmed that it received this information (I can send correspondence if interested). But no one came to the airport in the morning to process the return of the car. I had to leave the car key in the car key box that was installed in the registration window of one of the car rental companies located at the airport. I took a picture of the box and its location, and the car in the airport parking lot - I sent the companies on WhatsApp with a description of the situation. After arriving in the country of residence, the company's courier contacted me via WhatsApp asking where to find the key at the airport - I sent him again a photo and a box at the airport. After 2 hours, I contacted the company - they confirmed to me that the car was safely picked up from the airport and the car return process was completed and the deposit blocked on my card would be returned within 30 days from the day the car was returned. Here is such a story. 4. - Also, the car was issued with a battery in the remote control with an immobilizer that had almost lost its charge. Didn't notice right away. The first day I had to start the car close to bring the remote control to the start button. And lock and unlock the car with a mechanical key. I contacted the company's support - they reported the battery model and sent a video instruction on how to replace it. But it turned out that the battery model number was reported incorrectly - I had to buy another one.🙂

On 21.12.2023 rented a Mercedes convertible car in the UAE DUBAI. On your website and in the booking documents it was stated that no deposit was required! On December 21 the driver arrived, was late for the appointed time and demanded a deposit. The deposit had to be made in cash or by card at the terminal. We did not have this amount in cash, the cards are Russian. The driver refused the service and drove away. In WhatsApp with the Russian-speaking manager we agreed that the driver would return, provide the service, and we would send the deposit to the Russian card. All this took a very long time, the driver came back, checked us in, handed over the car, meaning we took the car 2-3 hours late. We decided to clarify with the manager of your company, whether the next day we can give the car a little later, because we took it later than the necessary time. The answer we got was that no problem, it's not a big deal. We asked for the car for 2 hours later. All correspondence, conversations with this manager are available. At the appointed time for the driver, the driver was again late and arrived 40-50 minutes later. We were told that the deposit would be refunded within 18 business days. We were also told that the deposit is an amount that is taken to write off fines and road tolls. After a while we were sent a document and the deposit was returned. BUT! the deposit was transferred to us at a rate at which we lost a lot of money! At least no one told us that the exchange rate during the transfer will be such and you will lose money. Deposit is basically the cost, which is returned in full amount!!!!. Most importantly we were counted 2 full days! With all the arrangements. The manager promised to sort out the situation and refund the money for the second day. In the end, a few weeks later, for him just began to answer another person who does not even get into the situation Please resolve the issue. It's been more than 2 months, reviews of your firm are good, would not want to solve the issue in a legislative way, appeal to the police.

I’d say the experience was a bit painful as they’ve provided the other car instead and we’re waiting for it for more than 2 hours. But we understood that that was due to the driver got collision on the way to the meeting point, hence, they had to assign another car. Also, the documents were provided at time of the car return, which was a reason we’ve been a bit nervous during the day if we’re protected at all and the rent agencies services are legal. Finally, we’ve been told that the deposit will be returned in 21 working days which is kind of non sense for us - from our experience it come back in 14 calendar days as a maximum.
