Booked the car in March 2024. Received the car at Sharjah airport at the end of the trip and handed it back at the airport. The car is in very good condition, the transfer was quick. We traveled 6 emirates in 10 days. Everything is perfect. Returned as agreed with a full tank of gasoline and clean (went to the car wash). The only point, the deposit was returned 2.5 months. Otherwise everything was OK, the company was always in touch.

The car was delivered on time, as ordered, 2023 year. The price was as stated in the voucher, no hidden extras. I paid the balance in local currency in cash. The staff was responsive, they helped me to change dirhams in the bank, I have problems with English. There were small scratches on the car, all noted in the act when transferring the car. When returning the car was checked, new scratches did not appear. In general, everything is good, I can recommend the company.

The staff at the rental company was eager to help resolve any questions I had. My questions were mainly about how to pay for paid parking lots in Dubai. Thank them for their patience, tried several ways, found a working one that suited me. They explained three times how to use it, as they doubted that I understood everything from the first time, given my poor level of English. The car was 2023, with a mileage of 50 thousand kilometers, in good technical condition. I quickly inspected the car, took all the damages on video just in case, signed the documents and left. With the delivery of the car as well everything quickly, there were no problems.

everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive.
