1. We booked a car at the airport, but in fact we took a cab from the airport to our office. It is inconvenient with children and suitcases constantly overloaded. 2. Then when I ordered a cab for 16.00 from the rental office to the airport, the drivers started calling me at 4.00 am, mixing up the morning with the evening. 6. Further when I arrived at their office, I had to go up to their office and had to deal with the cab for a long time. 7. Further every 10 minutes I was told that in 5 minutes will be a cab to the airport, was late for 35 min car in the end. 8. In general, the service is lame, to put it mildly. 9. In exchange for the inconvenience of nothing offered, even took extra money for not getting gasoline in double the amount.

If I were a less experienced traveler, I would be very worried about a rental car. By the way, the rental office does not respond during non-working hours, but your employees send to the rental office. I would like to be more customer-oriented, all the same, I order a car from you, and not somewhere else. Another surprise was the attempt of the person who gave the car to sell us full insurance. He convinced me that I bought insurance from your company and in case of problems I would need to contact you, but he could not help in any way. But if you buy from him, it will be easier, simpler and in general it will be more correct. I ended up leaving your insurance because it was cheaper :) Well, I would like more clarity on how and where to take and rent a car. I contacted the man from the rental office and he explained to me tersely. A detailed and up-to-date (!) instruction from you would be a big plus for your company. At least for me, as a tourist in an unfamiliar country, it would be calmer, even if the instruction was redundant.

Everything is good, but the car was brought not the one I ordered, not Mg Motor Zs, some Chinese balalaika like Solaris, the car was dirty inside, smelled something and the covers are some soiled red color.

Everything went well. We replaced the car to a higher class without any extra charges. The only thing on the return, I had a return on their day off, we agreed with an employee about the meeting and I was sent from one manager to another. In the end, no one met with me and said to leave the car on the forgiveness of the business center, and the keys to leave the guard. And thus did not take the money for the salik. After 3 months they sent a link to pay for toll roads. In general everything went well.
