The car is almost new, the staff was friendly, helped to sort out everything, drove to the gas station, and then drove ourselves to Ras el Khaimah. For 2 weeks we drove more than 2 t. km, we were everywhere, even in Abu Dhabi. We returned the car just as quickly at Sharjah airport. We recommend the rental company and your website to our friends. We had a great vacation in the summer heat thanks to car rental. Also, I would like to note that in BM beach hotel the staff and administration were interested in our car and were very surprised at the conditions for which we rented it. We consider very inexpensive and as convenient as possible, compared to other countries.

Everything is great with the car - fresh, minimal mileage, clean, delivered/picked up on time. The only roughnesses - a lot of contact persons, not always gave correct information. For example, the mileage on the website indicated 250km/day, when the car was delivered they assured that 150/day, then in fact in the contract it turned out to be 250/day. Or, for example, when returning the car - I had to talk to 3 people in sequence until they gave me the number of the driver who took the car. I can recommend this company. Because there was not even a hint of a "scam" and so on. Moreover, I was given a 2023 Xtrail! Auto surprisingly Pret and I even checked its all-wheel drive on the sand, but at speeds above 140km begins to drive, another minus all rented cars are not tinted, the company should have tinted, at least partially in the cheapest film. The guy "delivery man" himself noted a scratch on the panel, which I would not even notice, no way! When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.

Rented Nissan Kicks from March 21 to 27. We booked a Hyundai Accent in advance through the website, but they provided Nissan Kicks at the same price. The replacement was previously agreed with us via Whatsapp. The car is in excellent condition. Everything went well. Receipt and return of the car was at Al Maktoum airport. I ordered Hyundai Kona, they gave me another car of the same class (Hyundai creta), it was important for me that there was carplay, it was there, it worked without problems. The car was delivered to the hotel, we examined it and accepted it. When handing over the car the employee did not have time to take it from us before our departure from the hotel, asked to send a photo and leave the keys at the reception.
