We took the car in September 2024. The car suited us in everything. We did not immediately get to grips with the Dubai interchanges, but having figured out the navigator, we quickly oriented ourselves. Yandex navigator works well. No problems with receipt and return. Since it is forbidden to park cars at the airport, we received and handed it in the city office, where we were kindly delivered by the company's employees. The car did not let us down once, it was obedient in driving. We were able to independently travel to different beaches, went to Abu Dhabi to the mosque of Sheikh Zayed. The company and the car are reliable, I recommend it.

I liked it. The car is good. Handed over clean and in good working order. Everything was clearly recorded. Also everything was quickly taken back! Technically the car during the whole period of stay did not fail! I liked everything!

All good except for one thing - they gave not Tucson but MG 1.5l, roars good, rides bad.... Well... I came to have a rest instead of to swear, took what was given, on return tried to explain that the car does not correspond to the armored and well would discount... at least for the cost of a sink and a vacuum cleaner (gave a little dirty, got lost on the road and did not have time to wash)...

We rented a car online through the website, without a deposit, which was crucial for us, as we have no opportunity to provide a foreign credit card to block the funds on it for a deposit. The car was brought directly to the airport, which is very convenient. We were given a higher class than it was stated - thank you for that! There were no problems with the car, at the speed of 120 it automatically triggered a signal that you need to slow down in order to avoid a fine. Gave the car back also at the airport, even without meeting the driver. Asked to take a video of the car and put the key on the left front wheel. Thank you for your trust and such convenient conditions, we will definitely apply again!

They did not return the deposit in full, the car was in bad condition, I had to ask for a replacement. When leaving the airport, an Arab woman drove into me, no help. I had to deal with everything myself. Lots of questions, no answers.

We ordered another vehicle with 7 seats, but Jetour was available. For me, as a lover of frame Japanese SUVs, it was an interesting experience. The car from the Celestial Empire turned out to be surprisingly new, quite fast, well controlled and fast. It lacked smoothness and spaciousness in the cabin, but for a week of new impressions more than enough! Loved the rental company, very friendly at drop off and pick up. It's just a pity they couldn't accept the full amount from the card (from Russian Federation), so next time I will prefer to pay the full amount through "Take Cars"
