The company requested scans of passport and driver's license on the day before the car was delivered, so on the day of pickup no additional documents had to be filled out. Due to the delay at the airport I was not in time to receive the car, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and rescheduled the time of delivery to a later date. I received the car in the hotel, the representative contacted me before arrival and clarified the address. The only disadvantage - the representative did not have change when paying in cash, I had to run to find change. The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. The main disadvantage was that the windshield was covered with something, to be exact, the whole car was covered with some protective compound, and when they covered it, apparently, they forgot to cover the windshield. It's like glue and fine sand. And it doesn't come off, we tried it. During the day, when driving, it was fine, but at night it turned out to be extremely bad, also when the sun was right on the course. Otherwise - everything is normal. Handing over the car was also quick. The manager looked at the absence of new damage. We washed the car before handing it over. Gasoline was even a little more than it was. We liked it. No deposit. We prepaid with a MIR card and paid in cash, we paid in dirhams.

The car is almost new, the staff was friendly, helped to sort out everything, drove to the gas station, and then drove ourselves to Ras el Khaimah. For 2 weeks we drove more than 2 t. km, we were everywhere, even in Abu Dhabi. We returned the car just as quickly at Sharjah airport. We recommend the rental company and your website to our friends. We had a great vacation in the summer heat thanks to car rental. Also, I would like to note that in BM beach hotel the staff and administration were interested in our car and were very surprised at the conditions for which we rented it. We consider very inexpensive and as convenient as possible, compared to other countries.

Ordered a car bmw 420 cabriolet, 8 hours before departure from Moscow to the airport in Dubai dxb.
