everything went perfectly. we stood for a long time at passport control on arrival, picked up the car an hour later than it was specified when ordering. as agreed in advance, we paid the remaining amount in cash. we filled out a rental form, photographed the car from the outside and inside for all the chips and scratches, gasoline level. We asked how to leave the parking lot, the man showed us the receipt, we attached it to the parking lot, paid 13 dirhams for the previous day (apparently the car was brought there in advance). there were no problems with refueling. our navigator also worked well everywhere. by and large we needed the car to get from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, and to go to amusement parks with children, so we did not drive much. When we handed over the car we wrote to the operator on WhatsApp, he explained where to come and where to wait for the driver to pick up the car. when handing over the car we paid cash for the toll roads, there were no fines. we handed over the keys and flew home. we are very satisfied with the work of the rental company. we only have questions about the car itself, probably we should have chosen a better, newer and more expensive car from the beginning, it turned out a bit different from what we are used to. It seemed that the car was dirty, the windshield glass was a bit cloudy, as if oil, well, and the ride felt like the car had not been in service for a long time. for us it was not critical, as we did not plan to drive a lot, from hotel to hotel only, so we did not bother. next time we will choose a car of another brand, more expensive. Rented a Nissan Sunny car for 8 days with collection and return at Sharjah airport. Upon arrival, the tenant's representative was waiting for me in the parking lot of Sharjah airport. Within 10 minutes the rent was issued and I went to the hotel. The car was provided brand new with a mileage of 4 88 km. (issue 2022). Salon is not smoky, everything worked perfectly. During the lease I drove about 1500 km. (according to the contract no more than 250 km per day). Before returning the car, I washed it at a car wash at a gas station - the full complex cost 20 dirhams. I returned the car to Sharjah Airport, where I received it. Paid for the use of toll roads 31.5 dirhams. I liked everything very much. I advise.

The deposit for the car can be transferred in rubles to a Russian card, which is very convenient, the return of the deposit on time, also on the card. I would like to note separately that the company has free delivery and return of the car to Al Maktoum airport - other companies charge extra for this service. On arrival the car was waiting for me in the parking lot at the airport, the car is 2024, with low mileage, in excellent condition. Clean, with a full tank. Drove for 11 days about a thousand kilometers, no problems. The rent was paid in cash dirhams, by agreement returned the car, leaving it in the parking lot at the airport - fast and convenient. Summing up, the most favorable impression of the company remained: the cost of rent, convenience of registration, the condition of the car, the level of customer orientation of the company. - everything is at the highest level!
