The company requested scans of passport and driver's license on the day before the car was delivered, so on the day of pickup no additional documents had to be filled out. Due to the delay at the airport I was not in time to receive the car, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and rescheduled the time of delivery to a later date. I received the car in the hotel, the representative contacted me before arrival and clarified the address. The only disadvantage - the representative did not have change when paying in cash, I had to run to find change. The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. Takecars as an aggregator deserves all praise because of the simple and transparent process of registration of rent and acceptance of prepayment from Russian cards. Good luck to you!

Overall it's good, except the cost of the fines cost a lot more than the cost of the rental. It would be cool if there was some sort of manual on what to pay attention to. Instructions on how to pay in parking machines, instructions on how to pay a fine in the local traffic police, UAE id, some general information that Yandex maps do not show current road repairs and you can accidentally violate because of this, information that Yandex maps lie about free parking, maybe recommendations of the best navigators for the Emirates... spent half of my vacation on figuring this shit out instead of having a rest. The bill for payment of toll roads, already comes on return to Russia, respectively dancing with tambourine how to pay, maps RF do not pass. There are no complaints about the staff in the office in Dubai, polite, helpful, trying to help.

The car was delivered to Dubai Al Maktoum airport, as it was stated in very good condition. Small chips on the bumpers, small scuffs on the body, almost not noticeable. On 21.12.2023 rented a Mercedes convertible car in the UAE DUBAI. On your website and in the booking documents it was stated that no deposit was required! On December 21 the driver arrived, was late for the appointed time and demanded a deposit. The deposit had to be made in cash or by card at the terminal. We did not have this amount in cash, the cards are Russian. The driver refused the service and drove away. In WhatsApp with the Russian-speaking manager we agreed that the driver would return, provide the service, and we would send the deposit to the Russian card. All this took a very long time, the driver came back, checked us in, handed over the car, meaning we took the car 2-3 hours late. We decided to clarify with the manager of your company, whether the next day we can give the car a little later, because we took it later than the necessary time. The answer we got was that no problem, it's not a big deal. We asked for the car for 2 hours later. All correspondence, conversations with this manager are available. At the appointed time for the driver, the driver was again late and arrived 40-50 minutes later. We were told that the deposit would be refunded within 18 business days. We were also told that the deposit is an amount that is taken to write off fines and road tolls. After a while we were sent a document and the deposit was returned. BUT! the deposit was transferred to us at a rate at which we lost a lot of money! At least no one told us that the exchange rate during the transfer will be such and you will lose money. Deposit is basically the cost, which is returned in full amount!!!!. Most importantly we were counted 2 full days! With all the arrangements. The manager promised to sort out the situation and refund the money for the second day. In the end, a few weeks later, for him just began to answer another person who does not even get into the situation Please resolve the issue. It's been more than 2 months, reviews of your firm are good, would not want to solve the issue in a legislative way, appeal to the police.
