Booked the car in March 2024. Received the car at Sharjah airport at the end of the trip and handed it back at the airport. The car is in very good condition, the transfer was quick. We traveled 6 emirates in 10 days. Everything is perfect. Returned as agreed with a full tank of gasoline and clean (went to the car wash). The only point, the deposit was returned 2.5 months. Otherwise everything was OK, the company was always in touch.

Mazda 6 is a good car. I didn't have any issues. What could be improved about service is: 1) provide basic information about stalls 2) how often car should be washed (hopefully I won't receive any tickets) to prevent police tickets 3) Tricky tickets. Like when you ride close on the motorway, the camera catches this and you will receive a ticket for close riding to next car. I didn't know about it, and had to google. 4) insurance. In all European countries if you take a full coverage it means I don't care if someone on the car parking will open their door and the car will be damaged. It's very strange that I need to check car every time and call the police for report. Especially you can get a ticket if they in case of they won't find any damage or damage that happened earlier and I didn't spot it. I prefer do not to call police for each small damage and I don't want to pay for that if I get full coverage.

It was important for me to find an offer without deposit, as I don't have an international card to deposit it. Initially I chose a different car from another company, but later your colleague contacted me and offered me a replacement. The latter company provided the exact car that was booked. The staff at the rental company was eager to help resolve any questions I had. My questions were mainly about how to pay for paid parking lots in Dubai. Thank them for their patience, tried several ways, found a working one that suited me. They explained three times how to use it, as they doubted that I understood everything from the first time, given my poor level of English. The car was 2023, with a mileage of 50 thousand kilometers, in good technical condition. I quickly inspected the car, took all the damages on video just in case, signed the documents and left. With the delivery of the car as well everything quickly, there were no problems.

We took the car in September 2024. The car suited us in everything. We did not immediately get to grips with the Dubai interchanges, but having figured out the navigator, we quickly oriented ourselves. Yandex navigator works well. No problems with receipt and return. Since it is forbidden to park cars at the airport, we received and handed it in the city office, where we were kindly delivered by the company's employees. The car did not let us down once, it was obedient in driving. We were able to independently travel to different beaches, went to Abu Dhabi to the mosque of Sheikh Zayed. The company and the car are reliable, I recommend it.

In the end we rented a Toyota Corolla, in general the condition is not bad, but a lot of scratches on the outside and inside stains on the upholstery (we fixed everything ourselves and in the documents). Receipt was in BC, no signage, barely found with the help of an employee! I suggest to add a sign on the internal window in the common hall and to specify details in the message in e-mail. To surrender the car it was necessary to park it somewhere near the BC, wait for 15 minutes and put a signature on the tablet of the receiving employee: everything is in order. In general, everything was satisfactory, the car was well-equipped (I requested cruise control and it was there, they also connected a smartphone to the stereo), price-quality, we rented the car with hull insurance, no deposit.

Everything is great with the car - fresh, minimal mileage, clean, delivered/picked up on time. The only roughnesses - a lot of contact persons, not always gave correct information. For example, the mileage on the website indicated 250km/day, when the car was delivered they assured that 150/day, then in fact in the contract it turned out to be 250/day. Or, for example, when returning the car - I had to talk to 3 people in sequence until they gave me the number of the driver who took the car. In general, this is not a problem, but rather a point that can be paid attention to

I can recommend this company. Because there was not even a hint of a "scam" and so on. Moreover, I was given a 2023 Xtrail! Auto surprisingly Pret and I even checked its all-wheel drive on the sand, but at speeds above 140km begins to drive, another minus all rented cars are not tinted, the company should have tinted, at least partially in the cheapest film. The guy "delivery man" himself noted a scratch on the panel, which I would not even notice, no way! When handing over, similarly, they didn't look for anything on purpose, moreover, it turned out that I didn't fill up the fuel, thinking that I was handing over the car with 50% level, they said that 60% I started to resist, they eventually forgave :D When I finally found the photo, saw that there was a real misunderstanding and it was 60% I gave the driver the amount for fuel, thinking that they themselves will solve everything, but he refueled it and sent me the photo and the receipt :D I thought he will take to himself on Tips already. Also the car was in the dust so to speak, I wiped what I could, but still, although the requirement to return the car clean! But that's sometimes very difficult after a trip through the desert. I told about it earlier, they said it's OK. P.S.. By experience of delivery and return, it is better to take and put the car yourself if possible, otherwise the terms in Dubai are not predictable.
