Booked the car in March 2024. Received the car at Sharjah airport at the end of the trip and handed it back at the airport. The car is in very good condition, the transfer was quick. We traveled 6 emirates in 10 days. Everything is perfect. Returned as agreed with a full tank of gasoline and clean (went to the car wash). The only point, the deposit was returned 2.5 months. Otherwise everything was OK, the company was always in touch.

The paperwork took minimum time - Farook manager drove the car to the hotel, helped to inspect the car, fixed all the damage on the body, explained everything clearly and without unnecessary questions. Prices are adequate, without hidden commissions. I took out full insurance just in case. For 10 days of rent no problems with the car. I did not break any traffic rules, did not drive on toll roads. The return of the car also went without any problems. On the day of return, Farook manager called, arranged a place near the airport, washed the car before the return, checked the car, no new damage was found, then we were taken to the airport. Farook is the best, provides high level of service👍 If you need a reliable car rental with honest terms, I recommend this company! Will definitely apply again.
